In this series of videos I will demonstrate exercises you can safely do in a commercial gym environment that will help you learn and improve your olympic lifts.
First up, the overhead squat and the front squat. These exercises have both technical and strength carryover to the snatch and the clean. I highly recommend that you make these movements the backbone of your gym training.
