What you need right now
An expert trainer who can teach you the correct technique in a safe and effective manner. Someone who is a proven specialist in the field of strength training and really knows their stuff.
You want to learn the power lifts, like squat, deadlift and bench press, in an atmosphere that is positive and fun, without being too macho and competitive.
Your mobility isn’t the best, and you’ve had injuries in the past. You know you are not as strong as you’d like to be, and you want a coach who will meet you where you are at.
Building Strength Class Details
The Building Strength class will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know to learn how to squat, deadlift and bench press confidently. From mastering perfect technique, to knowing what type of program to follow to reach your goals, you will always know EXACTLY what you are doing in the gym.
Tuesdays 7am-8am AND 7.35pm-8.35pm
Thursdays 7am-8am AND 7.35pm-8.35pm
Getting Started with Building Strength
Are you new to weightlifting or powerlifting? No matter, check out our Intro To Powerlifting workshop, which will bring you up to speed and provide you with the support you need to start building strength!
If you haven’t lifted barbells before, or done squat or deadlift with an olympic bar, it is essential that you complete the Intro to Powerlifting workshop before joining Building Strength classes. Click here to book.
If you are familiar with the power lifts and are competent using the equipment (barbells, racks etc) ,then you may not have to complete the Intro to Powerlifting workshop before joining classes. Memberships and Ongoing Costs
When you first start, you will be eligible for our unlimited Trial Month membership.
After your trial month is complete, you can move onto a monthly membership or a class pack.
