Who should do Olympic Lifting for Beginners?
You are probably a complete beginner in olympic lifting. Or perhaps you have tried the clean & jerk or the snatch before, but you have not had sufficient training to feel confident with the techniques.

You may have tried the olympic lifts in Crossfit or as part of your sport training. But you are struggling with your performance and want to learn the lifts properly in order to get a big performance improvement.
You need a course dedicated to teaching you correct and safe technique in the snatch, clean and jerk, so that you can feel confident executing and training these movements.
We’ll take you step by step through olympic lifting technique. The atmosphere in our classes is supportive and friendly. You’ll often be working in pairs or groups, helping each other out and encouraging each other to lift confidently.
This is a learning experience like no other! It’s intense, enjoyable and will make you feel incredible when you lift that bar over your head!

We offer two options in east London.
Option 1 is a weekly class, taking place on Tuesday and Friday evenings
Option 2 is a one-day intensive workshop taking place on a Sunday several times a year. See below for upcoming dates. Click here to find out more about the one-day workshop.
Weekly beginners class
This option is ideal if you would like to learn at a slower pace, in smaller ‘bites’ than the intensive one-day workshop. Each class is one hour, and you can do beginners classes for as long as you like, until you feel ready to move in to the regular class.
You are welcome to come to a trial class. Upcoming dates are listed below; simply click on your chosen date. The trial class has a one-off charge of £9.00
If you then decide to sign up, you will be on a monthly membership. If you are a new customer, you can start with our Introduction Membership at £57 for your first month.
