FAQs
How do I know which membership is right for me?
If you are not sure, please contact us to explain your situation, and we will advise what is best.
Can I cancel my monthly membership at any time?
Yes, but please give us 14 days notice. If you cancel within 14 days of your next payment, your next payment will be taken and you will be able to attend classes for the month following that payment. Thereafter, payments will cease.
Can I pause my membership if I am away?
Yes, your membership can be put on hold for up to a month (one billing cycle) and nothing will be billed while the membership is on hold. So if you are going on holiday or you know you can’t make it for a few weeks, you can put your membership on hold rather than cancelling completely. To put a membership on hold, please contact sally@strengthambassadors.com to request.
How is payment taken?
Monthly memberships are paid by direct debit. Your bank account is debited on the day of the month that you purchased your membership. One off payments are made by card.
Do I have to register for each class or session I want to attend?
Yes please, so that we know who is coming to which session. Please register by going to https://strengthambassadors.com/book or clicking on Book A Class in the main website menu above. Registration closes 1 hour before the class start time. You can cancel your registration without penalty up to 1 hour before class start time.
What happens if I miss a class?
If you are on a limited monthly Membership or Class Pack, then a no-show (you miss a class without cancelling in time) will count as one of your allowed classes. If you can’t make a class, you need to cancel a minimum of 2 hours before the class start time.
If you are on the Unlimited Membership then there is no penalty for missing a class.
Who is eligible for the Trial Month membership?
New customers who have not previously purchased a membership or class pack are eligible for the Trial Month membership. This can only be purchased once per customer.
Does my 10 Class Pack expire?
Yes, the 10 Class Pack expires 6 months after the purchase date.
Can I drop in to a class?
You must contact us to arrange a class drop in, so that we can check your eligibility.
