Strongman Training & Gym In London

Ann flipping the 150kg tyreWe run regular strongman training sessions for all levels, from beginner to intermediate, through to competitive strongman or strongwoman.

We have atlas stones, logs, kegs, yoke, farmers handles, tyres, sleds, axle, sledgehammers and various other strongman toys.

Strongman Training In London

We run the following strongman training sessions:

1. Strongman/Strongwoman Class

Our regular beginner strongman classes are on Sunday mornings 9am-10am. Non-members can drop in for £15 per class (advance booking essential). Click here to Book A Class or read on to see upcoming Beginners Courses.

The Strongman/Strongwoman class is suitable for anyone interested in strongman – you don’t need any previous experience, or any great strength to get started 😉

We also run regular Beginners Courses, to provide a structured introduction to strongman training. These 3-week courses take place on consecutive Sundays 9am-10am.

Beginner Strongman/Strongwoman Course – Sunday 23rd Jan, 30th Jan & 6th Feb 2022, 9am-10am

This course requires no prior experience of strongman/strongwoman training, although it’s useful to have done some kind of strength training in the gym.

If you have no experience with lifting free weights and you want a complete introduction to weight training, then the Intro to Powerlifting workshop is for you.

If you are not sure whether you should come, please drop me a line using the contact form below. Let me know what experience you have with lifting weights and we can advise you.

2. Strongman Squad (invitation only)

Regular strongman training for those who have significant experience with strongman and/or are competing.

Sundays 10am-12pm

This session is by invitation only, so please do contact us if you have experience with strongman training and would like to come down and try it out.

Getting Started

To get started in strongman, either as a beginner or as an experienced strongman/woman, why not drop into a Strongman training class in our London gym and try it out?

Go to our class calendar, click on the Strongman session you want to attend, and pay the drop in.

Please note that the Strongman Squad session is for experienced strongmen and strongwomen and is not suitable for beginners. If you are new to Strongman, the place to start is our regular Strongman classes on a Wednesday evening or Sunday morning.
