1 Olympic Weightlifting for Beginners

This option is for those who are either completely new to the olympic lifts, or have done them before but lack confidence that you are doing them properly.
2 Olympic Weightlifting for Novices to Intermediates
“I’ve learned the lifts and I now want to improve and get past this plateau!”
You have learned basic olympic weightlifting technique. Now you need regular coaching and programming to dramatically improve your numbers and feel confident in your technique.

You want to learn or improve your performance in the olympic lifts with a coach one-to-one. You may be completely new to olympic weightlifting and fear that you lack the mobility or physical competence to perform the lifts. Or you may need to refine your existing technique for a competition or a practical assessment.
