1 Beginner Olympic Weightlifting packages
“I’m a beginner and I want to learn the olympic lifts properly!”
We have two entry points, depending on whether you are completely new to the olympic lifts, or whether you have done them before but lack confidence that you are doing them properly.
2 Regular Olympic Weightlifting classes
“I’ve learned the lifts and I now want to improve and get past this plateau!”
You have learned basic olympic weightlifting technique. Now you need regular coaching and programming to dramatically improve your numbers and feel confident in your technique.
Perhaps you want to compete, or simply enjoy getting better at this absorbing sport. Check out our regular Olympic Lifting classes page.
3 Team Programming for Olympic Weightlifting (remote training)
“I want to follow a proper program and be part of a team – but I live too far away to come to classes”
There’s nothing like being part of a community of like-minded individuals. If you can’t come to class regularly (or at all), but you have somewhere to train, why not join the team and train with us remotely? You’ll have access to the team program via the Train Heroic app, so you can log your weights, ask the coach questions, and chat with others doing the program.
Team Programming is suitable for anyone who knows the basic technique of the olympic lifts, but wants help to improve technique and build strength.
4 Personal training
“I want to learn or improve my olympic weightlifting with an expert coach on a one-to-one basis.”
You want to learn or improve your performance in the olympic lifts with a coach one-to-one. You may be completely new to olympic weightlifting and fear that you lack the mobility or physical competence to perform the lifts. Or you may need to refine your existing technique for a competition or a practical assessment.
