A women-only class focused on improving powerlifting techniques and building strength and confidence through weight training. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this class offers a welcoming atmosphere where you can train at your own pace. Our instructors are there to ensure you’re using correct form, so you can safely and effectively target all major muscle groups.

Ladies Who Lift class

This class is all about developing raw strength through a variety of weight training exercises. We also focus on improving your technique for the main lifts such as squats, deadlifts and bench press. Suitable for all levels, it’s designed to help you progressively lift heavier, improve your technique, and increase your overall fitness. You’ll work on building core strength while also honing your form under the guidance of our experienced trainers.

Class FAQS

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable gym clothes and trainers, and bring a water bottle and a towel. All equipment for weight training and Olympic lifts is provided, so just come ready to train.

Do I need any experience to join?

No experience is necessary! Our classes cater to all levels, and our instructors will help you learn the correct form, ensuring you feel confident and capable as you progress.

How many people are in each class?

We keep our class sizes small, usually 8-12 participants, so you receive plenty of individual attention. If you prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer personal training sessions tailored to your needs.

The gym is a 5 minute walk from West Ham station. Free car parking is also available. West Ham is on Jubilee, District, Hammersmith & City, DLR and national rail.

Memberships and Ongoing Costs

When you first start, you will be eligible for our unlimited Trial Month membership.
After your trial month is complete, you can move onto a monthly membership or a class pack.
