Gym Hire For Personal Trainers
Are you a freelance personal trainer looking for a facility in East London? Strength Ambassadors is an independent gym specialising in strength training and weight lifting since 2015.
We are looking for personal trainers who love working with free weights and are passionate about building strength. With plenty of space and tons of weights you can be assured you can train clients in a gym space that works for you and your methods!
We offer our gym for trainers to work with clients 1:1 or small group personal training sessions where everyone can reach their strength and fitness goals. We’ll supply you with keys to the facilities so you can always work to your own schedule.
Many personal trainers like to continue with the client base they already have, which of course you can do so! Our strength gym is conveniently located 5 minutes from West Ham tube station, with free parking and outdoor space which we use for our popular strongman and strongwoman training sessions.
Strength Training Gym
Our fully equipped strength training gym is a 2,400 sq ft space made up of two floors with an abundance of modern weight lifting equipment.
All heavy lifting, including strongman and olympic weightlifting, is suitable for the lower level space. Circuit training, powerlifting, and free weight exercises are all appropriate for the upstairs area.
Our gym equipment includes:
- 6 power cages and 4 squat stands
- Sprint track with sled
- Large number of barbells and bumper plates
- Free weights including dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, bands, TRX
- Strongman equipment including logs, stones, yokes, tyres etc
- Soft plyo boxes
Gym Hire Packages & Prices
- 1:1 personal training = £10 (+vat) per hour.
- SGPT (small group personal training) up to 4 people is £5 per hour for each additional person (1:2 = £15 per hour, 1:3 = £20 per hour, 1:4 = £25 per hour +vat).
- Gym hire: to hire one floor entirely (e.g. to run a workshop or event) is £40 per hour. Please note that this is only possible in off-peak hours.
