Strongwoman Training London

Our Strongwoman London sessions will work with your natural strength and help you to reach your physical and mental potential.

Combining with our Strongman sessions, we’ll have you using sledgehammers, tyres, stones and much more. Whether you’re a beginner or a competitive strongwoman, we have the course for you. Strongwoman Training In London

We have 2 types of strongwoman training sessions. One for beginners and intermediates, and one for strongwoman experts:

Strongman/Strongwoman London Training

Are you just venturing out into the world of strongwoman? Our mixed ability class is a welcoming environment tailored towards those learning about strongwoman training and developing their skills and strength.

You don’t need to be super strong! We’ll teach you the techniques for picking up heavy loads safely. We’ll also go through the techniques for each piece of unique kit that we have in the gym.

Classes are on Sunday mornings 9am-10am.

We also run regular Beginners Courses for those venturing into strongwoman for the first time. Our 3-week beginners course takes place on consecutive Sundays 9am-10am.

Beginner Strongman/Strongwoman Course – Sunday 23rd Jan, 30th Jan & 6th Feb 2022, 9am-10am

This course requires no prior experience of strongman/strongwoman training, although it’s useful to have done some kind of strength training in the gym.

Please note: if you have no experience with lifting free weights and you want a complete introduction to weight training, then the Intro to Powerlifting workshop is for you.

Strongwoman Squad (invitation only)

Are you an advanced/competing strongwoman? If you are experienced in strongwoman training and are competing or would like to, then you can ask to join our strongwoman squad. Take your strongwoman training to the next level!

Contact us to find out more about our Strongwoman squad sessions on Sundays 10am-12pm.
