Combining with our Strongman sessions, we’ll have you using sledgehammers, tyres, stones and much more. Whether you’re a beginner or a competitive strongwoman, we have the course for you. Our strongwoman sessions are extremely empowering and we’re sure you’ll have a lot of fun too!

Getting Started With Strongwoman London Training
As one of the fastest growing strength sports in the UK, strongwoman is a great way to build your strength and meet new people. We have a number of classes, so why not drop into our beginner strongwoman classes in London and give it a try?

Strongwoman Training In London
We have 2 core strongwoman training sessions. One for beginners, and one for strongwoman experts:
Beginner Strongman/Strongwoman London Training (Intro to Strongwoman)
Are you just venturing out into the world of strongwoman? Our beginner sessions are a welcoming environment tailored towards those learning about strongwoman training. We run regular sessions so come and join us!
Our regular beginners classes are on Wednesday evenings 7.30pm-8.30pm
You don’t need to be super strong! We’ll teach you the techniques for picking up heavy loads safely. We’ll also go through the techniques for each piece of unique kit that we have in the gym.
Strongwoman Squad (advanced)
Are you a regular or advanced strongwoman? If you’ve taken part in a number of strongwoman training sessions, then we’d love to have you join our strongwoman squad. Take your strongwoman training to the next level!
