Strength Hub E15 is a specialist strength gym in London West Ham, with an emphasis on coaching and community.
We are equipped for powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, strongman and general strength and conditioning.
Within the gym, Strength Ambassadors offers a mix of classes, individualised programming, and gym access. We also run regular club competitions, workshops and social events.

For gym membership, we offer the following:
Gym Access Membership is our basic access to the gym, at £34 per month. Members of SportsHub teams are eligible for discounted membership. Please contact us using the form below if you are a member of a team using SportsHub.
Individualised programming is our coaching service for gym members. This includes an individualised training program, a private session with a coach once a month, and gym access, for £79 per month.
Drop-in to Open Gym is £10 per session. Drop ins are payable at the desk by card. Please note that drop ins are not available during peak class times.

ALL classes are suitable for all levels of experience, including new starters, beginners, improvers and those wanting to compete. We run different levels of program side by side, so there is a place for everyone.
