We are equipped for powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, strongman, strength training and fitness.
Strength Ambassadors offers a mix of classes, personal training and gym membership. We run regular club competitions, workshops, and social events.
Getting Started in Strength Training
If you are just getting started in strength training, we have a range of classes to help you learn correct technique and meet like-minded people. Beginners usually start by booking an Intro workshop. Those with lifting experience who would like to access coaching can start with a Class drop in.
If you are already a keen lifter, and you are looking for a place to train, gym memberships and gym drop-ins are available at off peak times. If you want to drop in for a session, check the timetable below and book a slot in advance. Covid rules mean that advance booking is essential; you cannot just turn up and train.

We have two categories of membership: class memberships and gym memberships. To purchase a membership, please go to the Memberships page.
For gym membership, we offer the following:
Gym Membership Off Peak is our basic access to the gym, at £34 per month. Members of SportsHub teams are eligible for discounted membership. Please contact us using the form below if you are a member of a team using SportsHub. Please note that gym access is off-peak only as we run classes at peak times, and is currently limited to our open gym slots listed above.
Individualised programming is our coaching service for gym members. This includes an individualised training program, a private session with a coach once a month, and gym membership, for £79 per month.
Drop-ins are £10 per session, or £32 for a pack of 4. Book a single drop-in for Individual Training by going to our gym calendar and clicking on the Individual Training session you want to attend.
