Powerlifting and Witness the Fitness Coach

My passion and aim as a coach is to help you move well, and continue to be mobile and strong in the long run and throughout different phases of your life (e.g. whether you’re coming back from an injury, getting back into exercise after time off, brand new to the gym and looking to build confidence, or just wanting to move well throughout your day).

I’ve had my share of aches and pains through my desk job and intensive training, and hope to help others through what I’ve learned in my own physical rehab and prehab journey.

I’ve been a coach at Strength Ambassadors since 2022 and previously worked with individuals with varying goals (building confidence in the gym, strength training with a wrist injury, etc). I competed in two Strongman competitions last year, and outside of the lifting, I also enjoy swimming, climbing, hiking, yoga, and boxing.

Everyone’s goals and challenges are different so let’s work together to find an individual approach that helps you move and feel better now and in the long run.
