Muscle and Strength Coach
I am Dragos, and I believe that strength and muscle are essential for the improvement of body and mind confidence, longevity and health. In other words, quality of life can get a big boost!
When I came to the UK back in 2016, I was skinny and unhealthy, weighing 67kg (10.5 stone) and with terrible eating habits. Over the next 4 years I trained, built muscle and improved my nutrition – and I am now a much stronger and healthier 90kg (14 stone) at 5’9’’.
I arrived in the UK with no money and no job, so my physical pursuits were a big part of helping me build the confidence to develop a new career and a life in a new country.
I want to help other people feel confident in their own skin, and build the life they want. I know what it takes, and I can be your guide to help you build the strength and muscle to have a long, healthy and confident life!
I particularly enjoy training people who feel uncomfortable being in a gym, and those who have never been in a gym before.
