These stories range from members that are new to lifting and want to share their experiences on starting their strength building journeys, to members who have been with us for a while and are regular lifters, looking to share their weight lifting journeys with all the highs and lows!

Lastly our newsletter will detail our new beginner courses and workshop dates that come up regularly here at Strength Ambassadors. These courses are great for anyone looking to start weight training or learn a new skill. With courses ranging from powerlifting to olympic weightlifting, there is something for everyone.
