The majority of classes involve no equipment.
Our aim is to challenge you, get you stronger and moving better. Our classes are suitable for beginners through to regular gym lifters.
We coach every exercise with a number of different options, ranging from beginner level to advanced.
Your online coach will guide you through the technique, demonstrate every movement, and give feedback on what you are doing.

Classes are open to non-members on a drop in basis (£20 per class). To book a drop in, go to Book A Class and click on the class you would like to attend.
If it’s your first class, Trial Classes are available at a discount. Use the code WQLJVEVP when booking to get 50% off the drop in rate. This discount code can be used once per person.
If you want to attend classes regularly, you can purchase a trial month for online strength classes. This gives you unlimited access to our online classes for a month for £67.
