Use our nutrition program to boost your goals in the gym and in daily life.
Nutrition is an important part of the mix when it comes to health, energy and strength. However it’s also a fraught topic with differing approaches and negative associations for some.
We aim to address nutrition in a positive, helpful way, with our group program.
What does the nutrition program involve?
We have created a space where you can have your questions answered by an expert, discuss with your peers, take action, change habits and be accountable for that if you wish.
We are collaborating with sports nutritionist Charlie Beeston (more about Charlie below), to bring you a starter program, and we hope this can continue long term. We’re keen to get your feedback as we go.
We currently have the following:
– a private Facebook group
– a weekly workshop on the topics you chose in the survey
– optional weekly actions to put the learning into practise
The workshops are on Thursday evenings at 7pm via Zoom, starting Thursday 12 November.
