To join our classes, you need a knowledge of the basics in each key lift. Therefore if you are new to weight training, you will need to complete an Intro workshop before joining regular classes.
If you have some experience, but lack confidence or feel your knowledge is not complete, it’s always best to take an Intro workshop before joining classes. You’ll be far more confident in class if you have completed the workshop.
