So what happens when you’ve finished your free 14 day class pass?
Our ongoing monthly membership for online classes is £32 per month. With 10 classes a week to choose from, you can train 3 times a week for around £3 a class!
There’s no obligation, you can cancel your free pass or monthly membership at any time.
How It Works
When you sign up for your Free 14 Day Unlimited Class Pass, you’ll receive a detailed Joining Email telling you how to register for and access classes via Zoom.
We will also ask you some Pre-Training Questions about your current health and fitness, just so we’re best informed to help you.
Once that is completed, you’re ready to log in and take part!
We’ll follow up with you after your first class, just to make sure everything went ok, and to answer any questions you may have.
We’ll touch base towards the end of your 14 Day trial period to find out how it’s going!

Online class descriptions
All our classes are fully coached, meaning that your coach will give you real time feedback and answer any questions during the class. We have a few different types of class available. They are all designed to be complementary and many of our members do all types.
Stronger At Home
Strength training at home – no equipment needed and suitable for all levels. We use bodyweight and common household objects (chair, sofa etc). Each exercise is demonstrated with levels for beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Strength and mobility from your lounge! This class particularly emphasises squat mobility, strength and posture. Inspired by the sport of olympic weightlifting, this class is suitable for everyone who want to improve their strength and mobility.
This class can be done with no equipment. Occasionally there are options for sticks, resistance bands etc.
Weightlifting From Home (WFH)
Olympic weightlifting-specific technique, conditioning and mobility for beginners to advanced lifters – with sticks or bars.
Practise and progress your weightlifting technique in a coached session, offering plenty of feedback and opportunity to ask questions and get personal advice. We’ll cover technique, position and postural drills, and also strength and conditioning.
The session is for any level, however we ask that you have previous experience of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk movements first. Suitable for those who only have a stick, through to those who have bars and weights at home.
This mindful mobility session is an opportunity for you to get connected with your body and explore your range of motion. Join us in a no stress, low impact, gently paced movement class for shaking out desk/sofa/bed posture and grounding yourself in the present. These stand alone or work as a complement to our usual strength based programming.
Strength High Intensity Training (S.H.I.T)
A 30-minute class, containing all your favourite strength exercises but with less recovery. Expect intervals, complexes, chippers and more! Designed to make you sweat and get you stronger.
