How to stop comparing yourself to others

By Sally
Thursday, December 11th, 2014

Comparing ourselves unfavourably to others – or ‘compare and despair’ – is becoming endemic in this modern life.

It is particularly apparent in fitness, with it’s natural sporting competition, comparison of physiques and alpha behaviours.

Selfies, status updates, competitive environments like Crossfit – it all combines to make us feel like we are not making enough progress, not strong enough, fit enough, lean enough.

It’s time for this to stop! Comparing yourself to others is spoiling the fun and holding you back from achieving fantastic things for yourself.

I’ve suffered from severe ‘compare and despair’ myself in the past. But with some help, I got over it – and it was surprisingly easy.

I’ve recently helped a client put it behind him too and in this video I explain exactly how.

Stop comparing yourself to others - throw the spotlight on you
