Olympic lifting preparation (2): snatch and jerk drills

Continuing our series of videos on how to practise your olympic lifting in a commerical gym, we demonstrate a snatch drill and a jerk drill.

There’s no need to drop the bar or use bumper plates for these drills. These drills will build strength in crucial positions, making your performance in the full snatch and jerk stronger and more confident.
