When to increase your weights in training

One of the most common reasons why people do not make progress in the gym or develop the strength, muscles or body composition they want, is that they don’t increase the challenge of the exercise often enough.

Too many people are unsure about when, how and why to increase the weights they are lifting – so here’s the answer in simple terms!

    Thanks Sally, that all sounds very helpful, I will start my new training this week by upping the weight slightly with the increase of reps as you said.
