Home workout Tues 21 April: Legs, chest and core

Today’s session features a new exercise that targets the glute medius: side lying clam raise – a real glute burner. We also train hamstrings with romanian deadlift and quads with step ups.

For the upper body we have a push up mechanical drop set, and a core finisher using the tabata protocol. Very intense!
