We begin today with a high volume single leg squat variation. Make sure you keep your knee tracking over your toes on this one! The legs then get a bit of a rest while we focus on triceps and core.
We finish with a squat version of the classic ‘Bring Sally Up’ – those thighs will burn! 😉
