Home workout Sat 28 March 2020: Glutes, chest and core

Today’s workout focusses on the glutes and adductors (inner thigh), as well as chest (wide push up variation) and core.

Use Spotify or Youtube to source the music for the finisher (‘Flower’ by Moby)
