Something a bit different today! We are doing the exercises as complexes. This means each exercise flows into the next with no rest between exercises.
You’ll have 2 full-body complexes of 4 exercises each; and a quick finisher at the end as usual.
Lots of core in this exercise selection! We also work squats, glutes and push ups.
