Strength Ambassadors celebrated the Good Friday bank holiday in 2014 by organising a free female bodyweight training hangout at the famous Primrose Hill exercise area, where many of the top bar calisthenics/street workout folks train.
Women came from around the UK to train, hang out (literally!), share tips and advice and meet new people. We played on rings, monkey bars, parallel bars and even did some Ido-Portal-style movement on the grass.
It was an awesome day and we hope to do it again soon.
