Ladies Who Lift is a course in central London, run by women for women, which will teach you how to lift free weights in a fun and friendly environment.

Ladies Who Lift is designed to get you to the point where you can go into the weights room in your own gym with the confidence that you are training safely and effectively with good technique. Often confidence is the only thing holding people back, so a short course is an ideal way to overcome this barrier and will lead to many months and years of great training!
2. Meet other women who lift
So many of you are out there lifting on your own, vainly trying to get mates interested, trying to ignore the comments and stares of blokes. Why not come and spend some time in an all-female environment with other women who ‘get it’? It gives you encouragement and confidence to know that you are not alone.

You’ll learn a lot in a short time on this course, saving you time spent searching the internet, not sure if what you are reading is right for you. Your instructor, Sally, is a competitive strength athlete, qualified PT at a top London gym and Biosignature Practitioner, so she’s a great person to learn from and fire questions at.
4. Lift some personal bests
Has your lifting stalled? This is very common with people who train on their own or who are afraid to push it hard if they are not sure whether they are lifting correctly.
