We’re the UK’s leading provider of strength training technique courses to the general public. We’ve been coaching regular gym goers – from beginner to advanced lifter – since 2011. We’d love to help you too!

Strength Training Technique (Level One)

For people who are new to barbell training and lifting for strength. Complete beginners are welcome, as well as those who have done some weight training before but are not confident in their technique.

We go ‘back to basics’ on everything and teach safe lifting technique step by step.

What’s included?

On the Strength Training Technique (Level One) workshop you will

  • Learn correct technique for the big barbell lifts, such as squat, deadlift and bench
  • Learn how to improve at bodyweight exercises such as pull ups and push ups
  • Learn how to develop both lower body and upper body strength effectively
  • Understand how to train safely and minimise injury
  • Feel confident in your technique and inspired to train hard!
  • Free beginner training programme to take away
