You are likely to be either a complete beginner or you have done the olympic lifts before. For example you may have done a Crossfit class or worked with a personal trainer. But you’ve not been systematically taught by an expert olympic weightlifting coach or had enough training to feel confident with the technique.
You need a class or a workshop dedicated to teaching you correct and safe technique in the snatch, clean and jerk, so that you can feel confident executing and training these movements. And see your numbers go up as a result.

You have learned basic olympic weightlifting technique. Now you need regular coaching and programming to dramatically improve your numbers and feel confident in your technique.
3 Personal training

You want to learn or improve your performance in the olympic lifts with a coach one-to-one. You may be completely new to olympic weightlifting and fear that you lack the mobility or physical competence to perform the lifts. Or you may need to refine your existing technique for a competition or a practical assessment.
