The Ladies Who Lift Taster Day is for you!
On the Taster Day, you will discover
- why lifting weights is vital for women and won’t turn you into the hulk
- why strength training is one of the best things you can do for your long term health
- how you can succeed in lifting weights even if you are not ‘sporty’
- why it’s never too late to get started
- how much fun it is to lift weights and feel strong!
You will get to try lifting weights for yourself, taught in an easy, step-by-step process. And you’ll hear from some of our current members, who have recently started their strength training journey.
We hold our Taster Days on a Sunday from 10am-1pm. It’s £47 to attend.
You don’t need any previous experience of lifting weights and you certainly don’t have to be super fit or strong to take part. Just bring a willingness to have a go, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What is Ladies Who Lift?
Ladies Who Lift is our regular class for women who want to learn to lift weights and become stronger. We started in 2011 and have been going from strength to strength ever since! We welcome everyone from beginners to experienced lifters.
